HanwellAI provides business VoIP, website development and redesign, IT support, and AI receptionist services. This notice explains how our public website uses cookies and analytics and how you can make choices about optional analytics.
Information collected on this website
When you browse our public pages, our website host may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your browser request, device and network information, and the page requested. If you send a quote request, the information you submit is used to respond to your request and is handled by HanwellAI through its business systems.
Cookies and similar storage
- Essential cookies: Sign-in and security cookies support account access and basic service functions. These may be set when you use sign-in, account, or customer portal pages. They are required for those functions.
- Your cookie choice: A small cookie remembers whether you allowed optional visit statistics. It expires after six months.

Our Google Analytics property is configured for the public HanwellAI website. We use it to understand overall visits and improve the website. We do not send quote form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other form fields to Google Analytics. We tell Google which public page is being viewed, but do not send names, contact details, or quote form answers. We do not use this setup to show or personalize ads.
Google and other service providers
When you permit analytics, information is sent to Google Analytics by Google LLC, which processes it under its own terms and privacy practices. Google may process information in countries where it or its service providers operate. Review Google’s Privacy Policy for details. HanwellAI does not control Google’s processing outside our Analytics settings.
Your choices
Choose “Essential cookies only” in the notice to keep visit statistics off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you turn analytics off, we stop sending new visit statistics and remove analytics cookies this site can access. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
Account and service pages
Analytics is used on public marketing and privacy pages only. It is not added to customer dashboards, admin pages, sign-in pages, or booking pages. Those areas may use essential cookies needed for authentication, security, or the requested service.
